On the Synevyr pass of Transcarpathia, flocks were held on a mountain meadow

 For almost half a century, a large-scale festival dedicated to shepherding has been held in the Mizhhirya region. This is an ethnocultural event "See the flocks to the meadow."

Traditional flocks of herds to the mountain meadow were held on June 6 in Mizhhirya. On this occasion, the festival "Farewell flocks to the meadow" has been held for almost 50 years.

The celebration began with a traditional procession from Mizhhiria to the Synevyr Pass.

The program of the holiday included performances by folk groups, playing the trembita, Transcarpathian cuisine and a large selection of cheeses.
